Jeff

   [Homepage]

Jeff, 34, is our soft-spoken, hard as nails all-arounder, with experience ranging from the snowy alpine summits of Alaska to the sandstone big walls of Zion. His experience with Southern California and Sierra climbing makes him uniquely well able to guide those of any ability at many of Southern California's world class climbing destinations. Active in the San Diego area climbing community over the past six years, he has acted as a volunteer, instructor, and competition organizer and route setter. With a degree in philosophy, Jeff divides his time between computer software engineering, yoga practice, and climbing guiding. He also created this website.

David

Having climbed extensively for over half his life and recently completing AMGA training, David has given back to the sport in kind by introducing and teaching the art of climbing to others. An accomplished adventure racer and endurance athlete, he has taught mountaineering and rock climbing skills to some of the world's best adventure racers. In the 2000 Borneo Eco-Challenge he competed as lead climber/guide for the highest finishing rookie team in the history of the grueling 320-mile race. With experience born from countless big wall, alpine, ice, crack, and sport climbing ascents all over the world, his goal is to teach you this art as well.
